What is included in the pretrial defense program?

Our comprehensive pretrial defense program includes behavioral change education, court-facing documentation, and certificates of completion to support your accountability journey as well as a signed letter from our Founder detailing the programs rigor and relevance to criminal justice reform.

How long does it take to complete the program?

Program completion time varies based on your pace and the specific track you choose. Most participants complete the program within 6-8 weeks. If you have not completed the program after 90 days you will be given the one time option to extend the program another 90 days but there will be an additional charge ($397) for the extension.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, upon successful completion you will receive a certificate of completion and an evidence letter that can be presented to courts, attorneys, or probation officers.

Is the program accepted by courts?

Our program is designed to provide credible documentation of your commitment to behavioral change. Acceptance varies by jurisdiction, and we recommend consulting with your attorney before you purchase the program. We have never had it refused by a court as evidence and are active in 46 counties in SC and have had judges as far CA accept the program completion documentation as evidence of change.
