Getting Started
We welcome partners from a wide range of backgrounds, including criminal defense attorneys, public defenders, bail bondsmen, social workers, case managers, reentry organizations, justice reform advocates, nonprofits, and community leaders.
Submit your application on our Become an RCI Partner page.
No. There is no fee to become an RCI partner.
Not necessarily. Partners who refer clients directly can share their referral link one-on-one.
Commissions & Payouts
Up to 30% commission on every enrollment.
Monthly. Tracked automatically through the partner portal.
$50. Balances below $50 roll over monthly.

Referral Links & Discount Codes
Audience discount: 10% off any REady for REform program.
Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.
Referral link stays active as long as account is in good standing.
The Programs
Programs available for: Domestic Violence, Theft & Shoplifting, Possession of Illegal Drugs, Unlawful Neglect of a Child, Other non-violent charges (case-by-case).
These are strictly educational programs, not therapy or counseling.
Participants receive a certificate of completion and a signed letter from Dr. Carey Dukes.
Court acceptance is at the discretion of the presiding judge.
